Business Overview & Opportunity
DMPL (Dzire Multinational Pvt. Ltd.) runs an e-commerce and direct-selling business built around genuine product sales — Ayurvedic supplements, personal care, and wellness products — combined with a structured compensation plan that enables independent Distributors to earn performance-based income.
BV & PV Definitions
- BV (Business Volume): Every product carries a BV value (typically ~50% of the MRP). Commissions are calculated on total BV.
- PV (Point Value): 750 BV = 1 PV. 1 PV represents one complete binary activation unit used to measure team volume and pair matches.
Registration & Activation
- Registration as a DMPL Associate is completely Free.
- An Associate ID is activated upon the first purchase of products carrying 1 PV (750 BV).
9 Streams of Income
1 Retail Profit (up to 20% - 30%)
Distributors purchase products at Distributor Price (DP) and sell at Maximum Retail Price (MRP). The difference is instant retail profit.
2 Binary Matching Income
Earned when PV matches are completed on your Left and Right teams:
- Ratio: 1 PV : 1 PV match.
- Payout per Pair Match: ₹200/- per matched PV pair.
- Qualification Rule: Requires sponsoring 2 direct members (1 Left and 1 Right).
- Capping: ₹1,500/- per session (2 sessions per day = Max ₹3,000/- daily).
- Carry Forward: Unmatched volume on the stronger leg carries forward indefinitely to subsequent days.
3 Sponsor Income (Generation Bonus)
Earn a percentage bonus on the Matching Income earned by your direct team members:
- Level 1 (Direct Referrals): 20% of their daily Matching Income earnings.
- Level 2 (Second Generation): 5% of their daily Matching Income earnings.
- Illustration: If your direct sponsor earns ₹5,000/day in Matching Income, you earn ₹1,000/day (20%) as Level 1 Sponsor Income. No capping limit applies!
4 Fast Track Bonus
Sponsor two (2) direct members (1 Left & 1 Right) within 15 days of your own registration to earn a one-time cash bonus of ₹3,000/-.
5 Community Support & Exclusive Benefits
2% of Company weekly business turnover and 2% of weekly payout pool are allocated for Community Support. Completing 10 pair matches within 30 days qualifies you as an "Icon Achiever".

Payout Rules & Statutory Deductions
- Minimum Payout Threshold: ₹300/- minimum accumulated wallet balance is required for payout processing.
- Statutory Deductions: 5% Admin Charge + 1% TDS (Tax Deducted at Source under Income Tax Act, 1961) will be deducted from gross income before transfer.
- Payout Cycle: Payouts are credited directly to the KYC-verified bank account of the Associate.
